As CEO, Jason is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of Caddis’ real estate portfolio. His primary duties include the financing and structuring of transactions, as well as guiding Caddis’ strategic direction. From beginning to end, he maintains significant involvement in all development and acquisition projects.
Jason has extensive experience in underwriting hospitals, physician practices, post-acute care facilities, senior housing and ambulatory surgery centers. He specializes in understanding physician referral patterns in an effort to maximize the earning potential within a given asset.
In 2016, Jason was named the Healthcare Real Estate Executive of the Year by Healthcare Real Estate Insights. Jason graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, where he served as president of his class, graduated with honors and was the recipient of the Cox School of Business Outstanding Young Alumni Award. He serves as a board member of the Folsom Institute at SMU, Texas A&M Mays Business School Real Estate Advisory Board, past Chairman for the Texas Business Hall of Fame, and is a past President of the Dad’s Club for University Park Elementary School. Raised in the Texas Hill Country, he enjoys ranching, fly fishing and spending time with his wife and two children.
