David Wilson, CCIM serves as Vice President of Real Estate Development at Ryan Companies US, Inc. with 16 offices across the country. During his career, Wilson has closed more than $600 million in transactions for development projects in 15 states. His specialties include healthcare, senior housing, and retail projects. For Ryan, he is working to build new partnerships across commercial real estate sectors and service lines. In addition to his responsibilities at Ryan, David served as the 2018 CCIM Institute President which has over 13,000 members worldwide.
