Arvi is Managing Director, Head of European Investments at W. P. Carey. Based in London he oversees the origination, underwriting, structuring and closing of investments across Europe.
He has been directly involved in the structuring of more than €3.5 billion in sale and leaseback, net lease and build to suit investments across all asset classes including industrial, office, retail and hospitality. He has undertaken transactions in 17 countries including W. P. Carey’s first investments in Norway, Denmark, the Baltics, Spain and Portugal.
Arvi holds a degree in Materials Science, Economics and Management (MEng) from Oxford University.
