In recent years luxury rentals have proven a popular option amongst developers. However, the economic impact of COVID 19 has left luxury rental residents struggling to pay high rents, and many are now exploring cheaper options within Class B properties. As luxury rental properties face a serious challenge retaining residents, our panelists will look to consider how luxury rental operators are retaining renters and provide projections for how they foresee the luxury rental market performing both long term and short term.
