Description

The fall out of COVID 19 has severely impacted both low-income residents and the owners and developers who provide homes for this demographic.  While rent, eviction and foreclosure moratoriums will help residents in the short term, this will leave owners unable to support residents and manage properties effectively. Hear from our panel of affordable housing experts as they provide their perspective on the long term impact of COVID 19, ways in which the industry can overcome challenges with funding, construction and importantly, how the industry can help bridge the gap between the supply and demand of low-income housing.
