The coronavirus has forced many properties to restrict or limit the use of building amenities, and given the severity of this health crisis, many residents seem to be understanding of such measures. However, as the government starts to ease up on social distancing and the economy reopens, residents will not so easily accept such limitations, especially if they are still having to pay for it in their rent.  Our panelists will discuss how to effectively manage their onsite amenities, the between safety measures and resident demands, and how the pandemic will impact future building layouts.
