Ed has been with Berkadia and its predecessor companies for over 20 years, during which time he has closed in excess of $8 billion in debt transactions. These financings include all major property types throughout the United States for a variety of sponsors.
In addition to his role as an originator, he also serves as senior managing director and leader of the Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Francisco offices. Ed has been in commercial real estate finance since 1984 and worked at the tax department of Kenneth Leventhal & Co. in the early 1980’s (CPA-1981).
