With over 14 years of experience, he represents clients in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties throughout Northern California. Ryan's clients include private investors and local syndicators as well as large pension funds and some of the largest REITs in the country.

Mr. Wagner has personally executed over 125 multifamily dispositions throughout the greater Bay Area with an aggregate dollar amount of over $1.21 billion dollars, representing the sale of over 4,200 units. Ryan’s transaction list includes multifamily sales from 10-300+ units, and as one of the leaders of the Bay Area Multifamily Group, he is involved with over $300 million dollars in multifamily and mixed-use transactions annually.

Ryan is a respected and ethical market leader in Northern California and has been a repeat speaker at regional and national multifamily events, including The Registry Bay Area, Connect Conferences, Globe Street Apartments and NMHC.
