Brett Betzler has brokered multifamily transactions totaling $7 billion and comprising 25,000 apartments, condos, and townhomes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California. He expanded Moran & Company's operations in Los Angeles, and opened its San Francisco office in 2017. Representative transactions include Alameda Point (a $500 million redevelopment of the historic Alameda Naval Air Station), Gateway (884 apts in Anaheim), Hercules Bayfront (a 1,500-unit waterfront development in Hercules, CA), K2LA (476 apts in Koreatown, Los Angeles), One Santa Fe (438 apts with 80,000 sq. ft. of retail in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles), Soma788 (160 apts over a Whole Foods in San Francisco), Esprit II (a 585-apt development site with a 241-boat slip marina in Marina del Rey), and 1031 Walnut (a 900-apt development site in Fremont). His clientele includes private equity firms, public REITs, pension fund advisors, insurance companies, home builders, apartment developers, and condo converters.
