Leslie has almost 30 years of dynamic experience in commercial real estate, as both a buyer and a seller. She has worked as
a Business Development Officer in specialty areas such as environmentally challenged sites and new construction for several
regional and national companies. Leslie has fashioned her career in the real estate services industry since graduating from
The Ohio State University, buying her first commercial investment property in 1993, and continuing to be an active real estate
investor today. In October 2010, Leslie successfully completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member education program, through the CCIM Institute in Chicago, in just 13 months. Leslie was the Ohio CCIM Chapter President in 2018 and continues to serve on the Board of Directors today. Ms. Biskner opened the Central Ohio office of CBS in October 2006.
She is a past National Delegate and a past President of the Columbus Commercial Real Estate Women, and in past years,
she was awarded by her CREW peers as “Networker of the Year,” and has also received the “CREW Deal of the Year Award.”
She is an Associate Member of the Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors (CCIIR), and is an active member in the
Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce and a past Westerville Chairman’s Award Honoree. In August of 2020, the Chamber
honored Leslie with the Involved Member of the Month award. She received the SBA 504 “Lender of the Year” award by the
Ohio Statewide Development Corporation (OSDC). Leslie was also awarded Genoa Township Business Association’s “Business
Person of the Year”. She taught a SBA 504 Lending CE Course for the Columbus REALTORS, and was a speaker for the Institute
of Real Estate Management (IREM) Columbus Forecast Event. In 2020, Leslie was selected by the CCIM Institute to participate in the revered JWL Leadership Academy with 22 other students around the U.S and successfully graduated in the summer of 2021.
Leslie serves as the 2023 Regional Vice President (RVP) for CCIM Region 7 (encompassing IL, WI, IN, MI, OH, KY and St. Louis).
She has been appointed to serve on the CCIM National Networking Subcommittee and the Regional Activities Subcommittee
for Region 7.
