Sarah serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of GRAYCE Property Consultants, a full-service commercial real estate firm with a focus on healthcare. With over seventeen years of experience in the industry, Sarah leads her team in sourcing new leads for leasing, investment sales, property management and development. She works on key assignments for physicians, medical groups, hospital systems and represents healthcare REITs in over three million square feet of managed and leased property nationwide. Prior to founding GRAYCE, Ms. Dominguez spearheaded the healthcare division at RJL Real Estate Consultants where she served as a partner, worked in marketing, brokerage, and property management. Sarah is a driven individual, committed to excellence, cultivating leaders, and giving back through community engagement and non-profit sectors. Sarah serves on the governing board for The Hospitals of Providence Transmountain Campus as well as, The Hospitals of Providence East Campus and is a member of the administrative board for Legacy Ministries. She is a member of BOMA International and the CCIM Institute.
