Sara Graham is an SVP within Capital One's Commercial Real Estate Group. She is responsible for new loan originations and specializes in Bridge, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac Conventional and Affordable multifamily products throughout the nation. Sara joined Capital One in 2011, moved into the Commercial Real Estate Group in 2017, and has held several roles in Originations and Underwriting. Sara has been involved in the origination, underwriting, and closing of more than $4.7B in Agency financing.
