Sandra is a Vice President and the East Region Market Leader for Pacific Program Management, based out of New York City. With 20 years of architecture, real estate strategy and commercial interior project management experience, Sandra’s background uniquely enables her to lead teams that deliver intelligent, value-driven solutions to clients’ specific real estate and facility operation objectives. Prior to joining Pacific Project Management, she was an Owner’s Representative at Mace Group North America, and through her career practiced as an Architect at notable firms such as Gensler, Woods Bagot, Perkins+Will and Ayers Saint Gross.

Sandra leads the growing project management team on the eastern half of the United States. With members based in Boston, Chicago, Washington, D.C. and New York City, she leads process alignment, program management and business operations for the East Coast team. Experienced in building selection, site due diligence, project feasibility, space utilization/effectiveness, construction and move management, her mission is to tailor a specific solution to each clients’ needs based on best industry practices and methodologies. She has demonstrated repeat client experience with professional services, technology, media, life science, hospitality and retail clients. Her projects have been published in Interior Design Magazine, Contract and other industry publications.

In 2020, Sandra became an Executive Board Member of the Children of Promise, the first and only after-school program in NYC designed to specifically embrace and empower children of imprisoned parents (ages 5-18 years old). She is an active committee member of CoreNet New York Chapter Women’s Committee, fostering leadership, inclusion and opportunity for women in CRE. Her interests include career development, coaching and mentoring women in architecture, project management and business. In 2018, she was recognized as Engineering News Record’s top “20 under 40” for her professional and philanthropic efforts.

A Registered Architect in New York State, she holds a Master of Architecture and MBA from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. In her free time, she enjoys interior design projects in her home, spending time with family, fitness and outdoor activities, reading, cultural and sports experiences in New York City.
