After an established 18-year career in real estate investments where she held executive roles in Finance, Fund Management, Capital Raising, and Impact Investments, in 2021 Ada founded iimpact capital, a gender-lens real estate fund manager, to address the barriers to entry that have created a lack of representation and opportunity for women in real estate investments. Through an innovative allocator model ― centered around access to equitable capital ― iimpact's mission is to create impactful, scalable, and sustainable change in our industry.



In addition to her leadership at iimpact, Ada is also committed to serving various mission-driven private and non-profit boards and is currently the Founding Chair of REAL, the Real Estate Association of Latinx Professionals.
