Geri Borger Urgo is the Head of Production for NewPoint. As a member of NewPoint’s Executive
Committee, she is responsible for driving NewPoint’s origination strategy and building its team to
provide seamless, efficient and effective multifamily financing solutions and create a best-in-class
experience for clients and originators. Borger’s prior experience includes GSE production and
underwriting roles, managing acquisitions for a national multifamily investment platform, and as acting
as an advisor to a family office focused on multifamily operations. Most recently, she led the Loan
Production and Institutional Relationship Management efforts of Freddie Mac Multifamily’s Northeast
and Southeast Regions.

Borger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
