Jenny Zhan, CFA, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Beyond Holding Company, LTD (“Beyond”), an alternative investment management firm specializing in private credit backed by real estate assets. In this role, she leads the firm’s strategic direction, day-to-day operations, and has oversight of two subsidiaries, Beyond International and Beyond Global Management. Under Zhan’s leadership, the company has expanded to operate 13 funds and achieved national recognition - most notably, Beyond Global Management was named to the 2024 Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America.

Zhan brings more than two decades of global investment experience, with a deep background in emerging market equities, bridge financing, real estate investment, and international wealth management. She is also a passionate advocate for mentoring women and supporting new graduates entering careers in investment, fintech, and related industries. Additionally, Zhan is an established EB-5 immigrant investor program expert.

Before founding Beyond, Zhan served as President of Good Hope Investment, a subsidiary of CreditEase Corporation, where she helped establish the firm as a leader in global investment immigration. She also served as Chief Strategy Officer at Ambow Education Holding Ltd.

Zhan began her investment career with GMO in 2002, a Boston-based global investment leader, where she served as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Greater China and emerging markets. During her tenure, the AUM was over $4 Billion.

She holds a degree in Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and her M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland. Zhan is a CFA charter holder and has been honored by multiple premier real estate and business societies.
