Speaker Bio
Rachelle Smith Strole, founder and co-owner of Capital Asset Management (CAMCRE), brings over three decades of experience in banking, development, and real estate. Raised in a family deeply rooted in hospitality development, she cultivated a passion for land and real estate early on. In 1998, she established Hermosa Homes Builders, a custom residential home development company. By age 25, she acquired a 50% stake in a mortgage banking firm, expanded it into a multi-state operation, and earned Direct Endorsement Underwriter status from HUD.
In 2008, during the financial crisis, Strole was approached to manage the first FDIC structured sale portfolio, overseeing more than $700 million in commercial assets nationwide. This pivotal role led her to co-found CAMCRE in 2009 with her husband, Aaron. Under their leadership, CAMCRE has grown into a full-service commercial real estate firm, managing a diverse portfolio of more than 175 properties across Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas, and Hawaii.
Rachelle’s dedication extends beyond her professional endeavors—she consults, mentors, and advocates for community improvement while remaining involved in both family life and philanthropy. Her commitment to excellence and innovation has earned her recognition as one of AZRE magazine’s Most Influential Women in Arizona for 2024, as a GlobeSt. 2025 Woman of Influence in the Investment Professional/Owner category, and in PTK Magazine’s 2024 edition for Broker Management. Known for her vision, integrity, and passion for mentorship, she continues to lead with purpose and impact.
