Bettina Hunt, CCIM, CPM, is the Senior Vice President of Leasing at American Healthcare REIT (AHR), where she partners closely with the Asset Management Team to oversee the leasing strategy across a national portfolio of medical office buildings. With 25+ years in commercial real estate and two decades focused on healthcare, Bettina is known for her strategic approach, data-driven negotiations, and ability to balance financial performance with long-term client relationships.

She has held senior leadership roles at top firms including Colliers and Healthcare Trust of America (HTA), a publicly traded REIT, where she led leasing initiatives for multi-state portfolios. Her evaluations of lease transactions are based on extensive experience from numerous completed deals and supported by training from her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations.
