Elke S. Laughlin is the founder of Laughlin Consulting Group, a management consulting firm dedicated to the commercial real estate industry. Since 2017, she has led the firm’s work in change management, organizational strategy, and leadership development.

With 30 years of experience spanning regional brokerages to global Fortune 500 firms, Elke’s background includes brokerage, operations, investment sales, human resources, marketing, and branding. She is known for integrating deep industry knowledge with behavioral expertise to design leadership, sales, and coaching programs that drive performance in sales-focused environments.
She is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, certified by TTI Success Insights in Behavioral Sciences, and a graduate of The Center for Houston’s Future. Elke holds a B.S. in Business Administration from LSU’s E.J. Ourso College of Business.
