Stephanie is a Global Capital Markets Investment Sales Broker at BARNES specializing in all hospitality based assets (Hotels, Gaming, Golf Courses for redevelopment, Marinas and Vineyards) nationally and internationally.

Stephanie began her career in legal tech before transitioning to the commercial real estate industry, starting at a New York City based boutique firm. During her tenure, she was involved in the aggregate sale of over $370 million in assets across NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, and South Florida. She was born and raised in the D.C. Metropolitan Area which granted her a diverse upbringing with personal connections within the federal government and with foreign investors globally.

She pursued higher education at Miami University, where she studied City and Regional Planning which not only sparked her interest in commercial real estate but provided the opportunity to learn the rich history of real estate in both the public and private sectors. She also spent a year abroad at Richmond, The American International University in South Kensington, London.
