Julie Fox is the Senior Vice President of Leasing & Development for a private real estate firm based in New York City. She oversees the Shopping Center portfolio (NY, NJ, PA, DC, Chicago) and manages a team of ten brokers. She has over 20 years of experience in property management, brokerage, landlord leasing, tenant representation, and land disposition.
Julie has been an active member of ICSC since 2005. She is the Marketplace Director for the PA/NJ/DE region. Prior to this role, she was the Membership Chair and Next Gen State Chair. Julie is also the co-founder of the Pipeline, a networking group for women in retail real estate. The group has grown to over 350+ women nationally and includes Landlords, Retailers, Architects, Engineers, Construction, Attorneys, Title, Lenders, etc. She believes in building a pipeline for the next generation.
Julie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Spanish Studies, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Delaware Honors Program and her MBA and Masters of Finance from Drexel University.
