I’m Carmen Decker, Vice President of Leasing and Asset Management in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Kimco, I spent 10 years as a commercial leasing broker in Washington State and Northern California where I specialized in retail landlord and tenant representation. I have a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Washington, and am a proud Pacific Northwest native!

In my free time, my husband and I love spending time with our two wonderful children, camping, hiking, and generally taking in all that the beautiful Pacific Northwest outdoors has to offer. Outside of time spent with family and friends, I love to read, dance, and cook.
