In numerous surveys predicting the 2020 real estate trends, tenant experience was rated as a top priority for investors, developers, and brokers. This is largely due to a highly competitive market and changes in tenant preferences being driven by urbanization, globalization, changing workforce demands, and technology advancements. This session will review the trends taking place in tenant preferences and how leading commercial real estate companies are rising to the challenge.
