Women should be empowered at all levels in the workplace. To ensure your organization is building a culture that supports women empowerment oftentimes, advocacy programs are launched. Participating in these programs is about more than just making friends but also about fostering an environment that supports the women in your organization and helps them build relationships that could lead to career growth.
