Jennifer Campbell leads Houston as a Director for IPA Texas. Ms. Campbell has closed more than $1.5 billion representing over 30,000 units in multifamily transactions across the state of Texas.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Campbell worked for a Houston boutique firm specializing in multifamily transactions. She also interned with Trammel Crow and CBRE debt and equity group while completing an MBA in Real Estate Finance.
She is a graduate of Tulane University and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she earned degrees in music and dance. She enjoyed a 13-year career singing opera professionally prior to entering the real estate profession. She currently is active with Urban Land Institute and is pursuing her CCIM designation.
