Cindy Colvin is the debt team leader for SunTrust Community Capital (STCC). In that capacity, she leads a team that originates a full range of banking products including construction and permanent loans for affordable housing. In addition to traditional banking products her team offers a full range of Agency products which include FannieMae, FreddieMac and HUD. STCC is a market leader with a commitment to developers offering financing and equity investment solutions for affordable housing projects. STCC has financed properties that provide over 37,000 housing units and has committed over $2.1 billion in debt and equity to affordable projects. Cindy has been with SunTrust Bank for 15+ years and resides in Orlando, Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida and her MBA from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.
