As Senior Vice President of Operations with Lincoln Harris CSG, Kimberly is responsible for leading the operational processes of various disciplines within the Healthcare Group including Asset, Property & Facility Management, Engineering and Capital Project Management on a portfolio aggregating 34 million plus square feet. She serves more than 80 private and institutional clients ranging from Healthcare REITS to Hospital Systems.

Kimberly’s role includes national platform planning and directing of all corporate healthcare real estate management activity while maintaining operational and strategic alignment with the third-party clients and LHCSG mission and goals. Kimberly has been involved in Corporate/Commercial
Real Estate for over 36 years. Prior to joining Lincoln, Kimberly held the position of System Regional Director of Real Estate for Ascension Health helping to build the CRE platform. In this role, she had regional oversight of all corporate real estate related activities in three major markets (FL, TN, and MI) and Senior Living nationally. Ascension is the nation’s largest Catholic healthcare system (not for profit) with more than 1,900 sites in 23 states and the District of Columbia.

She was most recently recognized by Real Estate Forum’s national publication as a “2018 Women of Influence in Real Estate” Hall of Fame inductee for her accomplishments, advocation for the next generation through mentoring and coaching, and becoming respected and recognized as a top performer in the industry.

She has served as past president of the Nashville IREM chapter and sat on the governing council board for two years for IREM national. She has mentored real estate professionals for International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and Commercial Real Estate Women and
Core Net Global. She has sat on the Future Forward 2025 committee with Corenet Global addressing the future of CRE. This panel looks at the future of CRE and how AI, Big Data, and Technology will change the way we do business. In 2009, Kimberly received the Special Recognition Award for excellence in service by a division leader as well as the 2008 Chairman's Award in recognition of her superior performance overall and teaming companywide bestowed by the CEO of Colliers International - Florida division.

Kimberly has been recognized nationally by Real Estate Forum as one of the 2011 Women of Influence in Real Estate. She was also recognized as a Finalist in the Tampa Business Journal's 2011 Business Woman of the Year award.
