Set against the majestic Rocky Mountains, this 45-minute class will instruct participants in the basic, foundational yoga postures to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. Participants can expect an emphasis on simplicity, full-body relaxation, balance and improved range of motion. Beginners through seasoned yogis are welcome.
