• Went through 12 years of Catholic Schooling at private Catholic grade school and then High School at Northeast Catholic High School for Boys (which was at one time in the 60’s the largest all boys high school in the world
• Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with highest honors of “summa cum laude” at Philadelphia University
• Completed MBA with a minor in finance at St. Joseph’s University
• Had a 25-year career in the insurance industry having held many executive level positions in operations, technology, underwriting, and sales
• However, despite his long successful career in the insurance industry, real estate development was ALWAYS his passion and has been pursuing this passion since 2004
