opportunities for multifamily owners and investors. Since making the transition in to real estate lending in 2010, Amanuel has closed over
120 multifamily properties Nationwide, totaling over $550 million in loans.
Prior to commercial term lending and making real estate his full-time professional,personal, and academic focus, Aman was a Client Relationship Manager in Credit Derivative at several Investment Banks including UBS, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan Chase.
Amanuel graduated with a BA from Pennsylvania State University in 2001. Upon graduation, he fulfilled a lifelong dream and joined the United States Army, where he served as an infantry sergeant during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
He currently resides in Brooklyn, New York with his wife and newborn son.
