Charley McGrath has over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate development and acquisitions and started with MRP Realty in 2005. Charley manages the underwriting, acquisition, development and disposition of land and income-producing properties with current focus on establishing MRP’s presence in the Philadelphia metropolitan area across all product types. He has managed 4.6 million SF of development and investments in the Washington and Philadelphia metropolitan areas representing $1.6 billion. Prior to joining MRP, Charley worked in New York, Chicago and San Francisco developing and leasing commercial buildings.
