Mr. Fleischer has 20 years of commercial real estate experience and leads the 3650 REIT Bridge and Event Driven lending platform. Previously, Mr. Fleischer was a Managing Director with RHRECS, a debt fund co-managed by Related Fund Management and HPS Investment Partners where he focused on transaction origination, structuring, asset management and portfolio finance.

Prior to Related, Mr. Fleischer was principal investor/lender with Canyon Capital and Links Capital Partners. Mr. Fleischer’s experience includes more than 8 years as legal counsel at the law firms of Sullivan & Cromwell and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Mr. Fleischer holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in Economics from Columbia College. Mr. Fleischer also studied economics at Cambridge University.
