Gautam Mashettiwar is an Executive Vice President at Arch Street Capital Advisors, and has been with the firm since 2013. Mr. Mashettiwar leads the acquisition team and focuses on originating, underwriting and executing new investments across the US. During his tenure, Mr. Mashettiwar has sourced and executed over $2 billion of single-tenant, net-lease office and industrial sale-leasebacks, build-to-suits and forward funding transactions as well as leading the formation of a joint-venture with a leading single-tenant, net-lease public REIT.



Prior to Arch, Mr. Mashettiwar was an associate at an international-focused real estate private equity firm, where he was involved in the underwriting, analysis and coordination of various development projects and began his career at Jones Lang LaSalle.



Mr. Mashettiwar graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, receiving a dual degree: a B.S.E. in Economics from the Wharton School, and a B.A.S. in Computer Science from the School of Engineering.
