Asher Wenig is a Senior Vice President in Northmarq’s New York office. With over 14 years of professional experience, he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net lease assets for his clients and has sold more than $1.85 billion of investment properties nationwide.

Prior to Northmarq, Wenig served as a Senior Director and Partner at Stan Johnson Company. Before joining Stan Johnson Company in 2020, Wenig was with Avison Young, where he was a Senior Director and leader of their net lease investment sales platform. Previously, he was a Vice President at The Boulder Group as well as a Managing Director at KW Property Management & Consulting.
