Sean Daru is the Director and Associate General Counsel of Real Estate for American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. In this role, he oversees all legal activity related to AEO's domestic and international corporately owned or leased office, industrial, and retail locations. Mr. Daru has been with AEO for three years, and prior to his time with AEO he was in private practice in Pennsylvania and California. Mr. Daru graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he was a Levy Scholar. He completed his undergraduate work at Regis University where he received degrees in Accounting, Philosophy, and Religious Studies.
