Pat Joined Net Lease Capital in 2014 and is currently the Director of Acquisitions and a member of the firm's investment committee. Since joining NLC, he has been involved in over $7 billion in single-tenant acquisitions. These acquisitions include over $4 billion of Amazon distribution facilities and one of the largest portfolios of Federal Government properties in the US. As a Director, his roles include overseeing the financial analysis, researching, underwriting, and sourcing of new investment opportunities. He also helps in the marketing and disposition of the firm’s assets. Pat is a CCIM, an active member of NAIOP, and the National Federal Developers Association. Prior to Net Lease Capital, Pat served in the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence analyst, supporting multinational military intelligence operations across the globe. He earned his Bachelor's from Liberty University, where he studied Real Estate and Government, and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
