                                                    Joshua C. Zhang is the Director of Investments at Four Corners (NYSE: FCPT), a publicly-traded net-lease REIT focused on retail service properties.  Mr. Zhang has been with the firm since 2016 and was the first investment professional hired shortly after the company’s inception.  Since joining, Mr. Zhang has helped launch the acquisition platform and has acquired over $1 billion of real estate across 550+ properties, spanning across restaurants, automotive, medical, and other service-based retail properties. 
 
Prior to joining FCPT, Mr. Zhang worked at Goldman Sachs in their Real Estate Finance Group. While at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Zhang closed approximately $9 billion of commercial real estate debt transactions spanning traditional mortgage based-loans, bank loans and mezzanine financings. He has extensive underwriting experience from single-tenant/single-asset transactions to large portfolio transactions covering various asset classes across the United States for both traditional CMBS transactions as well as Goldman Sachs’ bank balance sheet.
 
Mr. Zhang received a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University.
