Joel is the founder and CIO of Paramount Specialty Finance "PSF"). Since inception in 2015, PSF has closed over $1.4 Billion in net lease transactions and currently has over $1 Billion of realizations. PSF currently has over $500 million in AUM.
Prior to PSF, Joel spent 9 years at Imperial Capital, a Los Angeles-based Investment Bank and Broker Dealer, on the special situations, high yield, and distressed credit desk, where he analyzed, sourced, and transacted across the entire capital structure.
Joel is a native Austinite who received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
