Justin Heller joined J.P. Morgan in 2024 as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for the firm’s real estate net lease strategy. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Justin spent 13 years at TPG Angelo Gordon, a $70+ billion real estate and credit investing platform, where he was most recently a Managing Director and a member of the Investment Committee. During his tenure at TPG Angelo Gordon, Justin played a key role in the net lease strategy's origination, underwriting, closing, management, and sale of approximately $6 billion in transactions. These transactions included over 200 properties across more than 30 states and five countries. Justin holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and a certificate in AI and Machine Learning from MIT. Prior to his time at TPG Angelo Gordon, he worked at FTI Consulting, a global business advisory firm specializing in restructuring. At FTI Consulting, he advised secured and unsecured creditors through complex bankruptcies. Justin is also a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA). He earned a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
