Gautam Mashettiwar is an Executive Vice President at Arch Street Capital Advisors, and has been with the firm since 2013. Mr. Mashettiwar leads the acquisition team and focuses on originating, underwriting and executing new investments. During his tenure, Mr. Mashettiwar has sourced and executed over $2 billion of office and industrial single-tenant, net-lease transactions.



Prior to Arch, Mr. Mashettiwar was an associate at a $1.6-billion international-focused real estate private equity firm, where he was involved in the underwriting, analysis and coordination of various development projects throughout emerging markets. Prior to that, Mr. Mashettiwar was with Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was responsible for assisting Fortune 500 corporations manage their corporate real estate requirements and services globally.



Mr. Mashettiwar graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, receiving a dual degree: a B.S.E. in Economics from the Wharton School, and a B.A.S. in Computer Science from the School of Engineering.
