Elizabeth J. Randall is the Founder and President of Randall Commercial Group, LLC, a commercial real estate investment firm specializing in sale leaseback structuring, healthcare real estate, 1031 exchanges, investment real estate transactions and development partnerships. It operates in 13 states for investors and developers across the country including a Dollar General Development Partnership spanning 5 states. Randall Commercial Group was named to the 2023 INC. Magazine’s 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies in US.

Randall previously worked in NYC on an M&A deal team for private equity funds and was previously a NASD-licensed stock analysts with Bloomberg certifications.

Elizabeth was named St Jude Research Hospital’s National Volunteer of the Year. She serves on the Board of Directors for First Commercial Bank, Ole Miss Foundation, Algernon Sullivan Foundation, AJ Brown Foundation, and Ole Miss Women’s Council Past Chair. She graduated from Ole Miss with a BBA and MBA. She and her husband have 5 young children.
