She launched her career at architectural firms, working with business executives across industries to enhance their brand, recruitment, culture, and business value. Deloitte, a client, hired her to lead innovation across all facets of real estate, workplace experience and operations for 17 years. Her work realized a >$1.5B real estate cost savings for Deloitte and delivered a workplace experience proven to outperform the technology sector. Most recently Katherine took the helm at the NBA, as Head of Real Estate & Facilities, leading strategy to address evolving business needs, defining their new media facility, delivering differentiated operational service and events to heighten culture + engagement, and planning for global growth.

Katherine serves on the Transformative Leadership Advisory Board for the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University. In this role she’s supporting faculty to bring real-world experience to strengthen the fundamental mission of their Transformative Leadership Certificate Program, investing in future leaders.
