Becca Eiland joined OakMae Development in 2019 as Partner and is focused on building and strengthening the company’s real estate investment and development activities focused on commercial, retail and mixed-use projects in the southeast. Becca brings a fresh perspective to commercial development with 25+ years of business development and leadership experience working with leading global, national and regional brands.

Becca is actively engaged in the local real estate community as a member of ICSC and serves on the board of DASH (Dependable Affordable Safe Housing) and thINC College and Career Academy and serves as a Letti Pate Whitehead mentor for LaGrange College undergraduate business students.

A graduate of Emory University, Becca is grateful to call LaGrange, GA home along with her husband Ed and their teenage son Finn, while their two daughters are living their best lives attending the University of GA and GA State University.
