David Grazioli joined USRA in 2007 and was promoted to partner in 2014. He is responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting, financing and closing acquisitions and dispositions of net lease investments across the country.

During his tenure, Mr. Grazioli has sourced and executed more than $3 billion of corporate sale leasebacks, build-to-suit, renovate-to-suit, and ground lease transactions. In addition to acquisitions, Mr. Grazioli coordinates lending relationships for USRA. Prior to USRA, Mr. Grazioli worked in acquisitions for Unison Site Management, a leading wireless infrastructure owner and manager.

Mr. Grazioli is a graduate of the School of Management at Boston College (Bachelors of Science, Accounting and Finance).
