Mr. Zarrilli is a founding member of CTL Capital and leads the new securities issuance for CTL Securities, a wholly owned subsidiary. Since 1989, Tom has focused exclusively on financing lease backed bonds and real estate related transactions with private placements, construction and mezzanine loans, and equity related transactions. During his career he has been responsible for over $18 billion in real estate financing, sales, and acquisitions including over $15 billion of Credit Tenant Lease loans.

Prior to forming CTL Capital, Mr. Zarrilli led the Lease Finance Group at UBS and Dillon Read & Co. Before specializing in Bond Financings, Mr. Zarrilli was acquiring institutional real estate for pension fund clients of Citibank’s Investment Management Group. Mr. Zarrilli received a BS in engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is active in numerous professional organizations.
