Matt Partridge is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Hutton where he is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s finance, accounting, information technology, acquisitions, dispositions, human resources, investor relations and property management activities. Prior to joining HUTTON, Matt served as Chief Financial Officer at Agree Realty Corporation where he helped the company double in value over an 18-month period, and before that, Vice President of Finance at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust where he helped the company grow from a $400 million IPO to a $4.5 billion blue-chip lodging REIT. Matt holds a BBA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Xavier University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
