Jimmy Goodman is a Partner with The Boulder Group, an investment real estate company that specializes in single tenant net leased properties. He has over 15 years of experience working within investment real estate. The Boulder Group is a boutique investment real estate services firm specializing in single tenant net lease properties and arranged in the acquisition and disposition of over $4 billion of net lease real estate transactions.

Mr. Goodman solely focuses on investment real estate services for single tenant properties. Jimmy has been featured in multiple publications including Globe Street, Commercial Property Executive, and Real Estate Business Journals. Mr. Goodman was selected in 2018 by Real Estate Forum as a top 50 Under 40 as well and was selected into the Midwest CRE Hall of Fame by Real Estate Journals. Jimmy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and active in multiple charitable organizations. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois.
