Ben has spent his entire career in commercial real estate acquisitions, development and finance. He has worked on all the major product types and all deal sizes ranging from large mixed-use developments to single-tenant QSRs. Ben is an expert in fundraising, capital structuring, public finance, complicated loans/debt, and distressed debt restructurings/acquisitions.
