John Massocca is a Vice President in the Equity Research Department at Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. He has worked in equity research covering the REIT industry for over five years. Currently, he covers over 20 publicly traded REITs, including 18 net lease names, which represents one of the broadest coverages of the net lease sector on Wall Street. He has also been quoted in publications, including StreetInsider and REIT.com. Prior to his time at Ladenburg Thalmann, he worked in institutional sales at Global Hunter Securities. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Fordham University.
