Greg Burns is the Managing Director and platform leader for single tenant real estate financing at Stonebriar Commercial Finance, an investment grade, non-bank lender. There he specializes in structured debt solutions for non-investment grade and investment grade single tenant properties in the United States and Canada. Prior to joining Stonebriar, Greg held leadership positions at CIT Bank, AIG Commercial Asset Finance and GE Capital where he established and grew de novo businesses in multiple asset classes including the credit tenant lease platform at AIG. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
